#1Crucial Step: Disable Image Encryption
EZVIZ cameras encrypt streams by default. In the EZVIZ mobile app, select your camera > Settings > Image Encryption and toggle it OFF. The password for the RTSP stream is the 6-character Verification Code printed on the camera label.
